Ephemera and Rarities 1980-ongoing
We will continue to add to this page as we sift through Paul Druecke Art Studio’s formidable, and a little shy of well-organized, physical and digital inventories.
Untitled c. 1981
16 x 12”
acrylic on canvas
One of the earliest pieces in Druecke’s possession. For most of its forty-year existence, the painting was lost in boxes within boxes. There is a hint of foreshadowing, perhaps, in tenuous balance, poise on the verge of unraveling. The sense of space and surface may even prove inspirational for a new series still in development.

Throwing out First Pitch 2016
The Friends of Blue Dress Park nominated Druecke to throw out the pitch for a Milwaukee Brewer’s Game based on his work as a conceptual artist and in particular, Blue Dress Park. Certainly, one of the more surreal moments in a career that often plays to fantastic and implausible.
TNT Backyard Test c.2006
Not long after returning from Houston, friends stop by to help Druecke research a potential project using simultaneous camera flashes to over-expose pics taken on those same cameras, which was enjoyable but not successful and ultimately irrelevant with the advent of smart phone cameras. With: Ariana Huggett, Cat Pham, Chris Niver, Didier Leplae, Eric Hau, Jennifer MIkulay, John Reipenhoff, Kiki Anderson, Lara Hau, Michael Mikulay, Santiago Cucullu, Scott Reeder, Seth Goodman, and Xav Leplae.
